An experienced veteran of 28 years with a major service company specializing in all gas well surface equipment, pneumatics, and electronic safety shutdown systems. Lee Alves then founded Gas well services in 1985 and has been expanding rapidly in the sales and service of gas well services products. He continues his successful involvement with the petroleum industry by establishing lightning Industries and manufacturing his new innovative product "Lightning Auto Loader" the industries first ground-loading, virtually maintenance free soap stick loader.

Kenneth Shade
30 years experience in the manufacturing industry. And for the last 15 years, he has worked managing various metal fabricating faculties. Skills include programming of modern manufacturing equipment and management.

Steve Alves
Technical engineer, twenty seven years experience and has been with the Lightning Loader project from the beginning. Specialties include; Class A Mechanic, assembly fabrication and programming.
